About Me

I am a graduate of the Institute for Life Coach Training (ILCT), active member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and 2007 President of the Madison Chapter. I have a master's degree in Educational Rehabilitation and over 20 years of experience in counseling; 9 years in employee assistance consulting and 5 years in small business.

Maintaining balance in my life and continuing my own personal growth is very important to me. Witnessing growth and change in others is so inspiring and motivating for me, it's one of the biggest reasons I love being a Life Coach!

My personal and professional philosophy is that this is your life, not anyone else's. There is no single "right" way to live, only a right way for you. Once you identify your deep personal values and design your life around them, your job is to honor your life, and feel good about the choices you make.

My areas of expertise include:

  • Professionals and moms wanting more balance in their lives
  • Couples who want to reconnect and have more fun in their relationship
  • Women in transition who are looking to create a new life or career for themselves.
Personal History:
I grew up in Southwestern Wisconsin and have lived in Madison since 1984. Married to Brett since 1993 and have two children, Lea and Tyler. My husband and children are my best teachers as they teach me patience, flexibility and how to give and receive love. We also have lots of fun together. Our favorite activities include weekly family fun nights and enjoying the outdoors camping, skiing, and biking.
